Instructors

SND Instructors are volunteers and SND is committed to providing training and support to those individuals willing to undertake this level of commitment and responsibility to the Club.

The Curriculum Committee has full oversight and approval of all individuals qualified to teach classes at the club. It is the responsibility of the Curriculum Committee to set appropriate criteria for instructors based on the training philosophy of the Club. Only individuals who have been approved by the Curriculum Committee will be allowed to provide private training at the Club facility and will do so at the cost outlined in the Building Rental and Usage Policy.

The Curriculum Committee will provide the Scheduling Task Force with a complete list of approved instructors on a regular basis.

All class instructors must be current members of the Club and will receive no cash compensation. Instructors are given free use of the training facility.

Instructor Procedures:

  • Instructors will be sent a class roster by email prior to the first class. The roster will indicate all students who have not yet paid.
