COVID-19 Policy – January 2022

To reduce the risk of becoming infected with COVID-19 and potentially spreading it to others, the CDC recommends that all people, including those fully vaccinated, wear a mask indoors in public if they are in an area of substantial or high transmission.
As of January 3, 2022, The Pennsylvania State Health Department has determined that Allegheny County is a community of HIGH Covid transmission and everyone should wear a mask in public indoor settings.  Accordingly, the Board of Splash ‘n Dash K9 Sports has adopted a policy for the first class session of 2022 (through February 28, 2022) that will require all persons within the SND building to be wearing appropriately fitting masks covering the mouth and nose, with the exception of a single dog/handler team within a ring-gated enclosed area and only during that time.
Should anyone who has already registered for a Jan-Feb 2022 class find this policy unacceptable, please contact Kim T. at sndk9classpay.com ASAP to allow us to fill your spot with someone from our waitlist and issue you a full refund.  The SND Board will re-evaluate this policy before the beginning of the next class session scheduled for March 2022.  Thanks for your understanding and patience in these difficult times.
