Class Registration and Payment
Payment is due immediately upon registering for class and is required in full regardless of the number of classes the student can attend.
Our class sizes are limited to provide quality time instruction for our students. Both on-line registration and prompt payment are necessary to hold your spot. Please complete all steps through the confirmation notification, including email address and preferred phone number to use if the instructor must cancel or reschedule. (If for some reason you are not able to register online, please notify your instructor or email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added online after registration opens)
If a class is full and you wish to be added to a waitlist, please email email@example.com with your contact information and class interest, and we will notify you of an opening or if a similar class is added to the schedule.
We accept cancellations PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASSES and appreciate as much notice as possible; notify firstname.lastname@example.org to be removed from online registration.
**NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND ANY CLASS IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
**NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE CLASS BEGINS UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO FILL YOUR SPOT.
Credit for missed Classes
Only the Board of Directors has the authority to issue class credit(s). Credits issued by Instructors or other members of the club will not be honored. Only the reasons bulleted below will be considered by the Board and should be requested in the following manner.
- Female dogs in heat
- Any reason approved by the board of directors
- Serious injury of dog where the majority of classes in the session will be missed
Instructor/student will send an e-mail to the Board including students name, dog name, class, day and time of class, and reason for the request. Board of Directors will review the request and vote on whether a credit should be issued. Decision will be made by majority vote of all members of the Board. At the Board’s discretion, they may request the student obtain a note from the Vet confirming the condition of the dog before making their decision.
