Class Registration and Payment
Payment is due by the last day of registration, which is also the last day of the current class session, and is required in full for the entire session.
Our class sizes are small to provide quality instruction, and your payment is necessary for us to keep our classes affordable to all and to hold your spot. Your spot in the class is not guaranteed until your payment is received. If not received in time, your spot will be released and made available to the class wait list.
Registration is possible in three ways: The easiest list of our classes is found under the Classes tab, which has all the information including the number of spots still available. A class may also be selected after reading the class description and prerequisites in the left side bar under the classes tab. Our Calendar tab shows all classes on our calendar, selecting a class there will also direct you to a registration page.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with registration problems or if a class is full and you wish to be added to a wait list, or if you need to cancel prior to registration close. No refunds will be given once registration has closed unless we are able to fill your spot.
Credit for missed Classes
Classes cancelled by our Club due to poor road conditions in our area during the winter, lack of power at the building or instructor illness: In winter, please plan to attend the make-up week between sessions. During other sessions, it is the instructor’s option to hold a make-up weekend class. If you cannot attend, the instructor will issue a class credit you may use for a future session.
Female dogs in heat are not allowed to participate in classes. The instructor may issue credits for up to three classes for this reason.
The following require the student to email email@example.com indicating dates, class, instructor and cause. The Board of Directors will review the request and will issue a credit slip to be used for future classes, and at their discretion may issue a refund.
- Serious injury or illness of dog or handler – including self-quarantine during this pandemic – that results in two or more missed classes.
- Required attendance at a Club meeting or other official Club business.
Credits expire one year after date issued, and we will not replace lost credits.
